Harold Ickes Playground

Rather than a traditional playground, this is mostly an open space. The skate park features a mix of transitions, ledges, and boxes that intermediate riders find approachable. Because of the loop-and-bowl structure, the flow can get hectic, sometimes turning the area into a traffic jam of fast-moving BMXers and slow kids on scooters. A handball court sits right next door for a quick break from the wheels.
