Description
Acquired in 1979, the 6.50-acre grounds were originally an undeveloped site prone to illegal dumping before a coalition of local residents, Multnomah County grants, local Marines, and corporate partners established the park in the early 1990s. Beyond the central play areas, the grounds open into a soccer field and a softball field, threaded with a mix of paved and unpaved pathways, picnic tables, and accessible restrooms.
