Pause for a harbor-side walk.

🌿 Trellis Walks by Boston Harbor

Between Faneuil Hall and the North End, Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park makes room for a slower stretch of Boston. At 100 Atlantic Ave, the vine covered trellis gives the walk its shape, with gardens and open lawns extending the pause beyond the harbor views. Follow the walkway, then settle onto a bench to watch boats pass.

The grounds include a play area for children, alongside green space shared by joggers, families, and travelers. Take a stroll through the gardens or spend a while watching the water. The park stays open 24 hours a day, leaving the timing of that pause up to you.

Sunset adds another reason to stay by the harbor, with the ocean breeze and passing boats holding your attention beyond the trellis. The setting connects a walk near Faneuil Hall with the edge of the North End. Leave room between those stops for a bench, a stretch of lawn, and a slower look across the waterfront.
