Piao Xiang Yuan brings handmade noodles to a stall inside New World Mall in Flushing, Queens. The potato version arrives packed with vegetables all the way to the bottom of the bowl, putting more than noodles on your spoon. For something cold and spicy, the sesame flat noodles come with beef, fresh cucumber, cilantro and a heavy helping of peanuts.
