🥟 Handmade Dumplings and Plum Vodka

Pierozek turns out handmade pierogi in Greenpoint at 592 Manhattan Ave, pairing them with plum vodka and dill sauce. Fillings run from meat and sauerkraut with mushroom to jalapeño, and local pierogi collaborations push past the traditional combinations.

Inside, art and ceramics stand against exposed brick and white marble, in a cozy room inspired by 1970s Polish folk art. Established in 2019, this Polish restaurant in Brooklyn opens a quiet back patio in the warmer months, and private dining suits a group gathering. A weekend grill bowl stretches the menu beyond dumplings.

Reservations are not taken, and takeout covers a dumpling night at home. The kitchen is open from noon to 10 PM Monday through Saturday, and Sunday runs from noon to 8 PM. Expect to spend around 20 to 30 dollars.
