Downstairs, the Bier Café centers on a long marble slab bar before giving way to the upstairs Dak Bar, outfitted with a retractable roof and open-air windows. Out on Reed Street, the outdoor biergarten is built from retrofitted shipping containers. While light-colored pours lead the beer menu, the bar also pours artisanal IPAs alongside cocktails and wine. A kitchen turns out distinct plates like a house take on poutine, with dogs welcome across the outdoor perches.
