Description

The hālau originated as a small gathering in Aliamanu, where hula was first shared with ʻohana in a humble garage. As the community expanded, gatherings moved to Salt Lake District Park before settling into its current location. The school centers its work on passing down the teachings of hula to future generations, using storytelling to honor Hawaiʻi's cultural heritage.
