Established in the Bronx in 1961 by Reuben and Rose Mattus, Häagen-Dazs built its early reputation on three original flavors: vanilla, chocolate, and coffee before opening its first retail scoop shop in Brooklyn in 1976. Inside the resort complex, Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group operates two counter locations at the MGM Grand, serving the global brand's signature creamy recipes across the property.
