Founded by Cassie Rice, the facility provides both recreational and competitive gymnastics alongside its dance, cheerleading, and trampoline and tumbling rosters. Outside regular class schedules, the center runs camps, open gym sessions, and parents' night out events, pairing physical development with a conscious emphasis on building independence in its young athletes.
