Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken

Over sixty years ago, Napoleon “Na” Vanderbilt developed the recipe in Mason, Tennessee, creating fried chicken that drew a divided town together. The kitchen honors that tradition today, turning out pieces that are crispy, juicy, and hot with distinct seasoning. Rounding out the meal are homemade sides like baked beans, mac and cheese, and fried green tomatoes.
