Description

Operating since 2011, the kitchen works with invasive strawberry guava wood (*waiʻawi*) to produce its distinct take on local barbecue. The method diverges from Southern traditions: rather than staying in the pit, the food is finished on the grill or in the oven.

The lineup leans into everyday island comfort, serving cuts like spicy pork, smoked duck, and loco moco alongside traditional lunch plates piled with white rice. The dining room keeps things unpretentious and relaxed, complete with open-air balcony seating.
