Description
Founded by Araceli Yarborough in 2023, Guanatos Grub builds its menu around daily scratch-made sauces and specialty regional staples, including bread imported straight from Guadalajara for tortas. Beyond roasted salsa served warm, the kitchen plates chicken fajitas, crispy tacos, and fried buñuelos for dessert. The space operates as a neon-lit bar and dining room with large screens tuned to sports, punctuated during the week by live music and Thursday night karaoke.
