Description
Royalty Braziel opened the veteran- and woman-owned restaurant to continue a culinary lineage tracing from Hanover, Jamaica, to Colorado Springs in 2003. The kitchen draws on inherited cooking, featuring oxtails, hibiscus margaritas, and Rasta Pasta from a great-grandmother’s recipe, with classic oval diner plates arriving piled high. Inside, reggae music fills the dining room alongside a mural by local artist Grace Noel.
