Founded by Kurt and Jackie Mullican, the space functions as both a retail shop and a casual counter where staff demystify the case, detailing how different wedges are crafted, where they originated, and why they taste the way they do. The kitchen serves raclette experiences, bespoke charcuterie boards, and specialty sandwiches, flanked by community tasting classes and a monthly wine and cheese club.
