Description

Occupying the corner of Greene and Franklin Avenues, this massive, verdant garden serves as a neighborhood retreat and active agricultural space. While volunteers manage the compost programs and harvest eggs, member plots are used to grow fruits, vegetables, flowers, and herbs. Visitors can wander in to check on the ongoing projects, attend community events, or simply rest under the shade trees.
