Great Cats Exhibit/Lion and Tiger Hill

Across three outdoor enclosures, the grounds focus on African lions and Sumatran tigers, incorporating enrichment features and underwater swim tests for young cubs. Up-close vantage points give a clear view of the predators, though the exhibit also makes room for medium-sized carnivores, specifically the African bat-eared fox and Canada lynx. Outside standard zoo hours, the open-air setting doubles as a venue for private evening receptions.
