Description

Established on a Northeast 11th Avenue parcel donated to the UFC in 2019, the garden runs on collaborative groundwork. An on-site shed was constructed by Oregon Tradeswomen, complemented by dedicated water access to nourish fruit plantings alongside the garden beds. The space is arranged for active community input, offering room for volunteers to pitch ideas or take on a project of their own. Stated future plans focus on sustainable infrastructure, including rainwater collection, pollinator habitats, and a greenhouse assembled from recycled materials.
