The 15,000-square-foot adaptive reuse unfolds across three core areas: a rooftop framing sweeping Hollywood views, the disco lounge Studio 71, and a restaurant designed to convert into a large party floor. Outfitted with state-of-the-art lighting and sound, the building accommodates productions from film and photo shoots to large-scale events for up to 750 guests. Spaces arrive fully furnished with turnkey in-house bar and catering options, though furniture can be cleared to allow outside planners, caterers, and designers to build custom setups.
