Set along Grand Avenue, the hub encompasses distinct working environments for resident creators such as Lady Egg, Robert, and Spawk. With each artist cultivating their own space, the setups differ from room to room. The building opens directly to the public during First Fridays, allowing visitors to walk through diverse creator spaces, browse spots like the Spawk shop, inspect original pieces, and speak with artists eager to show people around.
