Serves rich tan tan ramen built on homemade sesame paste, with noodles extruded fresh in-house daily.
Description

Much of the cooking draws on ingredients largely imported from Japan. The kitchen builds its bowls around a soup base simmered for 24 hours with pork, chicken, and vegetables, prepared without artificial flavors. Fresh udon is also made in-house daily, while the char siu pork belly undergoes a preparation taking up to 20 hours to achieve a crispy exterior and tender texture.
