Golden Gate Bubbles, Then Napa and Sonoma Wineries You Pick

Eight private hours in an SUV: a bottle of sparkling wine at the bridge, then the wineries your group picked in advance.

This is a private day for one group of up to six, in one extra-large SUV with a chauffeur. Pickup is at your San Francisco hotel or home, with start slots from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

The first stop on the listing comes before any winery. The SUV pauses at the north end of the Golden Gate Bridge, by Fort Baker, where the included bottle of sparkling wine comes out and the operator offers a group photo. Fort Baker sits inside Golden Gate National Recreation Area, which does not close it to drinking. Federal park rules do bar an opened bottle or glass from a vehicle's passenger area inside the park, so finish your glass before you climb back in. After that, the route is whatever your group settled on with the operator's planners before the day. Napa, Sonoma, or some of each.

The listing prices the vehicle. One booking covers the SUV and up to six travelers, and Friday to Sunday costs more than Monday to Thursday. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable.

You Choose the Wineries, and Each One Runs Its Own Tasting

Before the day, the operator holds a planning consultation and builds the route from your answers. After you book, it emails a list of wineries with lower-cost tastings. The listing itself carries two long rosters of estates, one for Napa and one for Sonoma, and says it cannot fit them all on the page.

Your driver is a chauffeur, not a tasting guide. The listing leaves out a guide because each winery leads its own tasting, under its own reservation rules. Visit Napa Valley warns that popular wineries can fill their reservations weeks ahead, and Sonoma County Tourism asks parties of five or more to book in advance. That covers a group of five or six on this booking.

The operator's own page says you are dropped near each entrance and text or call when you are ready to move on. Tasting fees, lunch and the driver's tip are not part of the booking. A traveler in September 2026 wrote that the driver pointed them to Oakville Grocery for lunch, and flagged the tasting fees on top.

Eight Hours on the Booking, Overtime on Your Card

Count the drive first. The listing puts the run from San Francisco to the nearest winery at an hour or more each way. Visit Napa Valley says the drive to downtown Napa takes about an hour on weekdays and sometimes up to two hours on weekends, and the operator's own site warns that the trip back to the city can take up to two hours. A real share of the eight hours is spent on the road. The listing allows up to five winery stops, and the operator's own page says how many fit depends on driving distances and tasting appointment times. Several recent travelers describe three.

Time past the first eight hours is billed on top, and the operator keeps a credit card on file for it. The listing does not print the hourly rate, but the operator's own site puts each extra hour at USD 75 for an SUV, and says a third-party booking like this one covers eight hours plus 15 to 20 minutes of grace time. Two recent travelers wrote that they paid overtime: one in August 2025 after leaving the last winery late and hitting traffic, one in June 2026 for two extra hours. The first one's advice was to set a timer at each stop.

Six Seats on This Listing, and Who Can Taste

This listing caps one booking at six travelers in one SUV. The operator's own site quotes up to seven for its SUV tours, but six is the number this booking sells.

Anyone can ride along, and the minimum age to drink is 21. A traveler in 2024 with an underage son said that narrowed which wineries they could choose, so mention any under-21s during planning.

On access, the listing checks the wheelchair-accessible boxes, while the operator's own pages say nothing about wheelchairs or mobility. The vehicle is an SUV, and a 2022 traveler found the seat layout made getting out slightly awkward. If anyone in the group needs step-free access or help getting in, raise it before you book.

Calling From a Non-US Phone Number

The operator does not dial out to international numbers. The listing asks international guests to contact the office directly, and if a call does not connect, to text their email address to the office number so planning can move to email.

Every booking needs the lead traveler's own email and mobile number. The listing says bookings missing them will be rejected. That matters most when someone else is booking on your behalf.

Free pickup covers hotels, Airbnbs and homes inside San Francisco city limits. One line of the listing mentions a five-mile radius instead, so plan on city limits. Airport pickup is not included.

At the end of the day, the operator's page says the chauffeur brings you back to where you were picked up, or to another stop you agreed on. More than one traveler has asked for a last look at the bridge on the way home.
