5.0 (1)MassArt’s experimental gallery reinvents itself each year under the direction of fresh student curatorial teams.
Description
Founded in 2005, the gallery is shaped by the collaborative, interdisciplinary lens of MassArt's Studio for Interrelated Media (SIM) department. For a term of one year, each selected student team manages the space and learns curatorial practice with the liberty to challenge the boundaries of a gallery and evolve its creative footprint. Located within the nation's only publicly funded arts institution, the space is free and open to the public.
