Description

Set within the 22-acre Wellesley College Botanic Gardens, established in 1925 on the campus of a historically women's private college, Global Flora serves as an educational anchor for the grounds. The award-winning facility sits alongside a visitor center and an Edible Ecosystem teaching garden, connecting visitors of all ages to plants, aquatic life, and environmental systems. Thousands of plant species stretch across the surrounding outdoor gardens, explored through regular student-led guided tours.
