Rolling fairways stretch across the East and West layouts, supported by an on-site pro shop and a fully enclosed indoor tennis facility housing multiple courts. Circling the perimeter, a popular paved two-mile walking and jogging path provides a dedicated route around the grounds. Events and post-round gatherings center on an outdoor patio overlooking the 9th green and 1st tee, which seats up to 200 guests for tournaments and celebrations within 15 miles of downtown Portland and the airport.
