Description

Once the estate of wealthy and influential miller Thomas Livezey, this homestead was anchored by one of the largest mills in the colonies until the mill was torn down in 1868. Today, the historic building functions as a private residence, preserving a quiet, secluded atmosphere that feels far removed from the nearby city. Hikers meet it in passing, as the Orange Trail runs directly past the front of the house on its way toward Devil's Pool.
