Description

Originally established as a Chautauqua assembly, the park is managed through a collaboration between the National Park Service, Montgomery County, and the Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts and Culture. Today, it functions as a working arts hub where resident artist studios sit alongside exhibition galleries, accompanied by an extensive roster of classes and camps in visual arts, fine crafts, and performing arts. Beyond the studios, programming invites audiences in for puppet shows, children's theater, and concerts.
