Description
Giovanni’s started in 1996 out of a converted 1953 bread truck, pioneering Hawaii's shrimp truck phenomenon. North Shore outposts in Kahuku and Haleʻiwa center around graffiti-covered trucks where visitors leave their mark, while an indoor counter operates on the second floor of the H Mart food hall in Kakaʻako. The menu also turns out hot & spicy plates alongside Auntie's homemade mac salad.
