$30.00 – $60.00
Tokyo-born tonkatsu institution serving crisp Kurobuta pork cutlets and hot-stone Wagyu in Waikiki.
Description

Ginza Bairin began in 1927 as the Tokyo district’s first dedicated tonkatsu shop. In Waikiki, the kitchen coats tender pork in a light, crisp breading, served alongside founder Nobukatsu Shibuya’s original special sauce mixed with freshly ground sesame. Meals center on pot-cooked Tsuyahime white rice and shredded cabbage with sesame dressing—both served with unlimited refills—alongside choices like fried jumbo shrimp and an A5 Wagyu filet mignon katsu set grilled on hot stone.
