Gin grew from a longtime passion for Japanese culinary culture and how cooking techniques reflect a way of life. The kitchen's focus stems from the founders tasting ramen across the U.S. and Japan, paying close attention to how distinct preparations and flavors set bowls apart despite similar appearances. That background, paired with prior restaurant industry experience, led directly to opening the shop.
