Housed in a 1930s heritage shophouse on Bukit Pasoh Road, the bar reimagines classic cocktail structures through Southeast Asian ingredients, familiar rituals, and a touch of theatre. The flagship Gibson is served tableside at –15°C with pickled pomelo, cucumber, and smoked quail egg, alongside freshly shucked oysters. The menu extends to playful options like the carbonated MF Martini paired with a hot cone of fries, alongside unexpected non-alcoholic creations, shokupan with seaweed butter, and light-battered tempura squid.
