Get to the Vault. Your Loot Sets the Score.
An hour inside a mocked-up bank in Palm Springs, with a green laser grid standing between you and the safe-deposit wall.
A green laser grid crosses the hallway at knee and shoulder height. The wall behind it is a rank of safe-deposit boxes. This is the Bank Heist room at Escape Room Palm Springs, set inside a fictional branch the operator names Last National Bank, and your lookout has been casing it for months.
Slipping past the security is the opening move. The team then has to get into a computer and work out a way into the vault. The operator scores this room by how much loot the team carries out, and calls it an achievement-based game. The hour ends either way.

The booking covers one room for one hour, priced per player, with a game master running the session in English. Every game here is private; the only people in the room are the ones you arrived with. The operator's own room card lists three to ten players, and the booking form stops at ten.

The room is built to be handled. The operator tags this one with physical puzzles and with fog, and a dynamite plunger stands against the brick wall at the back of the set. Nothing here is a padlock on a box.
Difficulty is flatter than the theming suggests. Asked how hard its games are, the operator answers that all of its rooms are about the same, and marks this one for all levels and for experienced and novice players alike. It also calls Bank Heist its most popular room.
Two or Three Seats Lock the Room

Party size does not have to be settled when you book. The operator says a reservation for two or three players locks the room for your group, and anyone else who turns up pays at the door. It recommends reserving for the players who are definitely coming.
What binds this booking is the form: at least two adults, no more than ten travelers. The operator also states plainly that there are no refunds for no-shows. The seats you reserve are the ones you are committed to.
Those figures sit in three different places and do not combine into one group-size rule: the two or three that locks the room comes from the operator's FAQ, the three-to-ten range from its room card, the two-adult minimum from the booking form. If you expect to add players on the day, settle that with the operator before you book.
The Booking Form Has Two Age Bands and Nothing Between
On children, the operator's answer is that most of its games suit players as young as eight, with adult supervision. The booking form is narrower. It offers two age bands only, children five to twelve and adults eighteen and over. A traveler aged thirteen to seventeen has no band to book under. Booking someone in that gap means settling it with the operator before you pay.
This room is tagged for fog and haze. The operator's separate warning about flashing lights names Jack the Ripper and Merlin's Magic School; Bank Heist is absent from that list. On access, the operator writes that its facilities are accessible for people with disabilities, including wheelchair users.
Dress for moving around. The listing asks for comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.
Seven Rooms Behind One Door
Escape Room Palm Springs counts seven games, each an hour, each private. The party ranges differ. Titanic and Merlin's Magic School take two to six, A Traitor Among Us and Jack The Ripper want four to ten, Vampire's Lair takes two to ten, and the newest, Prehistoric Park, runs three to six.
Difficulty, by the operator's own account, does not move much across them. What changes is the premise and the group size each room is built for. A second visit swaps the story and keeps the hour.
📍 2500 North Palm Canyon Drive, Suite B3, Palm Springs, California. The operator puts itself minutes from downtown Palm Springs, near the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, and takes the trouble to state that it is not the Escape Room at the River.
Booking closes three hours before the start time, and confirmation is instant. Cancelling at least twenty-four hours ahead returns the full amount.
Sixty minutes later you are back out on Palm Canyon Drive, with downtown Palm Springs minutes away.
