Gerald Ratner Athletics Center

Opened to the University of Chicago community in 2003, the 150,000-square-foot, air-conditioned complex unfolds around a soaring glass atrium. Workouts center on the Bernard DelGiorno Fitness Center, outfitted with extensive cardio and strength-training equipment, alongside gymnasiums and the Myers-McLoraine pool. The facility also houses the University of Chicago Athletics Hall of Fame.
