Garden of Eden Arboretum & Botanical Garden

This 26-acre rainforest preserve offers a series of maintained walking trails and scenic pavilions carved into the landscape along the Hana Highway. Beyond the native tropical flora, the grounds are known for views of Pu'ohokamoa Falls and Keopuka Rock, the latter of which features prominently in the film Jurassic Park. The experience is largely defined by its resident peacocks roaming the gardens, alongside an onsite gallery dedicated to locally produced art. While the paths are primarily gravel, the grounds include designated areas for picnicking and quiet observation, allowing for pauses regardless of one's pace.
