Set across from Miami Dade College near Calle Ocho and Domino Park, the space functions as a cross-town hub for lifters from across Miami-Dade, drawing Venezuelan, Colombian, Nicaraguan, and Dominican athletes alongside neighborhood regulars. While the old-school interior might seem intimidating at first glance, staff like Dairon, Alex, and Douglas greet people right away with an easy warmth. It is an unvarnished community floor built especially for anyone who trains in Spanish.
