Set on the top floor of The Tooting Otter Craft Beer & Wine Bar at Wekiva Island, the space takes its name from an island initiative to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 through the C.E.R.O. framework—Conservation, Efficiency, Renewables, and Offset. Owned by Bill and Mary Weinaug, the gallery presents original works by local and international artists, with pieces available for purchase. The venue also supports art classes, educational programs, and community projects alongside private event bookings.
