Occupying the street-level base of the Herzog & de Meuron-designed 56 Leonard building, the space is conceived as a civic gesture to pull the private worlds of art and architecture out into the city. Inside, the programming focuses on collaborations highlighting structural lighting, maintaining a transparent environment meant to welcome international cultural discourse.
