Project blueprints for the complex outline Welcome World, an arrival hub served by trams and the GC Lightening Line rail. Across the resort grounds, plans detail flying simulators, a planetarium, and live entertainment stages showcasing holographic performers.

Its exhibition spaces branch into distinct installations, including a Mars Tour, the Milky Way, African American Pilots and Astronauts, and drone tech. For athletic competitions, the design pairs arenas inspired by the Roman Coliseum and a lake of retractable water tables with city-traversing Formula I races routed through tunnels and hairpin turns.
