Funke
4.2 (377)restaurant
Three Beverly Hills floors dedicated to handmade pasta, featuring a glass-fronted laboratorio and a lush rooftop bar.
Description

Set in a 1930s art deco building designed by Dan Brunn, Evan Funke’s restaurant spotlights the culinary traditions of Italy's less-traveled regions. The concept revolves around rare, obscure pasta shapes and the women who have mastered them across generations. Inside the chrome-framed laboratorio, guests can watch artisans at work, with the upstairs landscaped rooftop serving as Bar Funke.
