Located in Expo Park near Deep Ellum, the space runs structured sessions combining music, mobility, and creative movement with an emphasis on technique and safety. First-time students start with Aerial Yoga or Intro Level 1, while advancing students progress through tiered levels up to Pro Flow and aerial conditioning. Off the apparatus, the schedule covers flexibility training, mat Pilates, yoga, and sculpt classes restricted to adults 18+, alongside private bookings for celebrations and group events.
