The truck was founded by El Paso transplants after fielding questions from visiting friends and family about where to find the burritos of home, only to realize the answer in San Antonio was nowhere. Built around the everyday staples they grew up eating, the lineup centers on options like chile relleno, chile colorado, picadillo, and deshebrada, alongside winnie, asada, pastor, chicharron en verde, and rajas con queso.
