The bakehouse focuses on traditional rugbrød, baking loaves without preservatives using rye flour, whole rye berries, sunflower, pumpkin, and flax seeds. While the counter currently keeps a limited selection, the fresh danish rye sourdough is a clear standout. The cafe space has a cool atmosphere for picking up a loaf, though their bread is also sold at the Fort Greene farmers market.
