Frisco Bay Marina

Perched on the edge of town, this marina serves as a local gateway for mountain-backed water access. While the landscape is defined by the expansive Dillon Reservoir, =water levels fluctuate significantly= due to environmental conditions, sometimes limiting standard operations. Visitors can still make use of the shoreline amenities, including a =lighthouse lawn, sand volleyball courts, and a sandy beach=, which remains a destination for picnicking and informal play even when boating activity is constrained.
