Description
Located uphill just off the residential quad, the dining hall rounds out its counters with rotating campus specials. Everyday menus cycle through plates like pulled pork with coleslaw, pasta primavera, and beef and broccoli. Throughout the semester, the kitchen folds in themed pop-up events ranging from build-your-own bibimbap nights and nacho bars to an annual Latinx dinner.
