Styled in elegant neutrals that evoke an urban enclave reminiscent of Paris or Brooklyn, the space brings a polished cafe sensibility to the center of town. Owner Jay Spencer, who studied culinary entrepreneurship at New York’s French Culinary Institute, directs a counter centered on daily production from scratch. The kitchen turns out brioche, macarons, and breakfast pastries alongside coffee, turning out small batches that generally sell out by day’s end.
