FreeForm Dance Dance

Saturday mornings unfold in a room framed by gigantic windows opening into tall trees, where the floor operates similar to ecstatic dance. The music builds in a steady progression—starting slow for a warm-up before reaching a fast-paced peak—drawing from across continents and eras since the 1950s. The space welcomes all bodies including children to move freely, with a pile of provided props on hand to shake up the rhythm, including jump ropes, hula hoops, scarves, and shakers alongside yoga mats and blocks.
