The picnic area sits within Freedom Park, Atlanta’s largest linear park, which features over eight miles of multi-use paths connecting historic intown neighborhoods and cultural landmarks. Designated as Atlanta's Art Park since 2007, the grounds host temporary and permanent art installations created by artists of international standing.
