Free Live Music Every Night On A Harlem Boulevard
Shrine stacks free live sets night after night on Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard, deep in central Harlem.
🎶 Nightly on the stage
Shrine is a Harlem music room on Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard where bands play free every night, often three or four acts back to back. The lineup swings from jazz and funk to reggae, Afrobeat, and soul, drawing a mixed uptown crowd to tables near the stage. Old album covers and vinyl paper the walls and ceiling, and the marquee outside spells the name in stacked records. A full bar and West African plates keep people in their seats between sets, and the door stays open late with no cover charge.
