Frazer Community Garden

Established in 2011 through a partnership including Depave and the Portland Community Gardens Program, the 0.23-acre site blends sustainable infrastructure with casual neighborhood life. Plantings incorporate rainwater harvesting, a bio-swale, and clusters of edible perennial shrubs and pollinator plants. While the garden plots require a key to enter, the surrounding park remains an easy spot to sit, eat, shoot hoops, or visit the small off-leash dog area.
