Parked across from the 7-Eleven near Nalo Beach Park, the truck backs up its giant mozzarella stick with substantial New York-style comfort cooking. Hearty mains like eggplant Parmesan, chicken Parmesan, and meatballs are served over a bed of bucatini coated in a tangy, fresh tomato sauce, alongside 12-inch Neapolitan pizzas with soft crusts. Because seating on site is scarce, food is usually packed to go and eaten right down by the beach.
