Description

First established in 1832, Franklin Park reopened in September 2021 after a thorough renovation. The grounds added a new children’s garden alongside an expanded central plaza, threaded with ADA-accessible sidewalks and enhanced lighting. Clusters of conversational seating give downtown workers and residents places to gather, while a future restaurant pavilion rounds out the park's modern layout.
